Delicious Does Dinner at Flying Fish

We chose one of our favourite waterfront restaurants, Peter Kuruvita's stunning Flying Fish in Pyrmont, to host our event with Jean-Luc Naret, director of the renowned Michelin Guides.

Peter's team pulled out all the stops to impress our overseas visitor, serving brilliant food matched with Stonier wines, and an amazing three-part dessert was created by Gilles Marchal, pastry chef at the Hotel Le Bristol in Paris. Special guests included Patrick Benhamou of the French Tourist Bureau and 702 ABC Sydney's James Valentine.
