Functions by Flying Fish

Flying Fish has partnered with three Sydney restaurants to offer a wide range of functions options to its customers. Customers who are interested in hosting their next event at either Dedes Bar and Grill, the Kirribilli Club or Deckhouse can choose the option of having their function catered by Flying Fish Sydney which includes the full Flying Fish service from menu development and staffing.

Flying Fish has partnered with the following Sydney restaurants:

Dedes Restaurant

Family owned and operated, Dedes is built around the tradition of great service and great quality food and specialises in a wide variety of events including waterfront weddings, birthday parties and other private functions.

The Wharfside Room & Terrace seats up to 40 guests boardroom, 60 guests classroom or 80 guests theatre style or up to 100 guests cocktail. This room is fully air-conditioned and has exclusive use of an outdoor terrace area.

Offering magnificent views of Sydney Harbour, Dedes Restaurant has a seating capacity for up to 200 guests with a private bar (180 guests if a dance floor is required) or 250 – 280 cocktail style function.

Available seven days a week for private functions. Minimum numbers of 130 guests for Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday lunch. Monday - Thursday, Saturday lunch, Sunday evening no minimum numbers.

The Kirribilli Club

Located in Lavender Bay overlooking Sydney Harbour, the Kirribilli Club has function facilities to cater for your next event – be it an intimate cocktail party, wedding or a stylish gala dinner in the Grand Ballroom there is a venue suited to your special occasion.

The Kirribilli Club can cater for a cocktail function or seated dinner for up to 300 guests or a smaller intimate function for 30 guests depending on your requirements.

Deckhouse

Deckhouse is located on the foreshore of Woolwich Dock giving guests breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.

Deckhouse is an ideal location for corporate functions, weddings, product launches, cocktail parties and many other types of events. The Deckhouse function centre can accommodate up to 160 guests in a boardroom configuration, 240 classroom and 300 guests theatre style. The venue can also be divided into sections to accommodate smaller groups for as intimate as 25 guests.
