Wine Degustation Dinner. 27 July 2010
Flying Fish has partnered up with Chateau de Sours and its premium Australian venture Songlines Estate in an exciting event that is set to satisfy your taste buds. You are invited to join us in attending this exclusive wine degustation dinner as part of our theme of all things French!
Head Chef Jodie Wallace has prepared a seasonally inspired five-course degustation menu, accompanied by a sample of two wines per course. Guests will have the unique opportunity to compare French and Australian wines with each course including a taste off between Chateau de Sours flagship Bordeaux and Songlines Shiraz.
Our special event will surely keep you warm this winter as guests can be guaranteed a wonderful evening of food and wine, replete with stunning waterfront views of Sydney Harbour.

Mushroom infused clover valley lamb loin with fondant potato, braised shoulder and black garlic

In attendance of the evening will be special guest Bordeaux vigneron Martin Krajewski from Chateau de Sours.
