Flying Fish & Chips

Set within the upmarket Café Court at The Star, Flying Fish & Chips opened in September 2011 and presents a gourmet fish-and-chip menu where Flying Fish signature sauces feature – think Beer-battered fish and chunky chips, tasty salads and the finest sushi and sashimi cuts. Located just up the road from the restaurant, our ever-buzzy little sister sits alongside Dave Chang’s Momofuku Siebo, Steve Manfredi’s Balla, Adriano Zumbo Patissier and Gelato Messina.
