As part of the Pyrmont Festival 2013: 10 days of Wine, Food & Art Flying Fish & Logan Wines are teaming up to put on a wine lunch. Stephen Seckold, Executive Chef, Flying Fish, and Peter Logan, owner and wine maker of Logan Wines (the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the NSW Central Ranges region) have put together an amazing 4 course lunch experience not to be missed.

Palmers Island mulloway, pickled zucchini, black aioli and crisp squid served with a glass of Brown Brothers wine, Coopers Beer or Sanpellegrino sparkling or Acqua Panna still mineral water, plus tea or coffee.
Available Tuesday to Friday in October for $38 per person. Bookings are essential.

Melbourne Cup Lunch- 6th November
Upon arrival, we are offering a complimentary glass of Louis Roederer champagne to enjoy on our harbourside deck. This will be followed by canapés at the table and a specially crafted 3-course menu for $140 per person.
Watch the race on one of the wide screen plasma televisions in the restaurant and impress our judges to win prizes for best dressed.

Christmas Day Lunch- 25th December
Celebrate Christmas with a specially crafted 3-course menu with a glass of Louis Roederer champagne on arrival for $220 per person.

New Year's Eve Dinner- 31st December
We invite you to enjoy a complimentary glass of Louis Roederer champagne on arrival followed by a 10-course grand degustation menu created by Executive Chef, Stephen Seckold for $400 per person. Our sommelier, Joe Turnituri is offering matching wines with each course. The standard wine package is $110 per person and the premium wine package is $200 per person.
You will also have access to an exclusive area of the wharf to view the fireworks with other Flying Fish guests.

Fish King flies flag for Tassie Seafood

Flying Fish – Dish2 Seared Petuna ocean trout with white curry sauce, jasmine rice and raw vegetable sambal. I had ‘OMG, WOW’ comments as my dish moved through the crowds. Similar words were uttered from my lips on eating it! "
