Sushi & Sashimi Masterclass

Sushi& Sashimi Master Classes at Flying FishWe are offering a private Sushi and Sashimi Master Class inside Flying Fish Restaurant at the Raw Bar overlooking Sydney Harbour. The interactive Master Class will be run by one of our qualified chefs and includes:-

  • How to select the best quality sashimi fish;
  • Learning knife skills to cut the fish;
  • Preparing sushi rice and condiments;
  • Assembling your own platter of Sushi and Sashimi; and
  • Sushi and Sashimi Recipes to take home.

You will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as you prepare and dine on your creations at the Raw Bar, followed by a Dessert Tasting plate and a bottle of sommelier’s choice wine.

The Master Class will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm until 6pm and Sunday from 10.30am until 11.30am for $250 per couple.

Fish King flies flag for Tassie Seafood

And this weekend, the Petuna Seafoods ambassador will be in Devonport to cook up a storm for the Devonport Food and Wine Festival."

Flying Fish – Dish2 Seared Petuna ocean trout with white curry sauce, jasmine rice and raw vegetable sambal. I had ‘OMG, WOW’ comments as my dish moved through the crowds. Similar words were uttered from my lips on eating it! "
